Information We Collect

To use the Zenith Legal app, you must create an account. Depending on your role and how you use the app, we may collect:

• Account details such as your email address and password
• Profile information you provide, such as your name, mobile number, JD year, preferred cities, and practice areas
• Recruiting workflow data, including firm assignments, authorization decisions, and appointment details
• Messages exchanged with Zenith Legal recruiter staff inside the app
• Notification preferences and push tokens if you opt in to device notifications
• Calendar sync status if you choose to enable device-calendar appointment sync

We do not use the app for advertising tracking, and we do not:

• Track your activity across other apps or websites
• Sell your information
• Share your personal information with third parties for marketing

How We Use Information

We use your information only to operate the app and the related recruiting workflow, including to:

• Create and secure your account
• Match candidates with recruiter-managed firm opportunities
• Deliver in-app messaging, appointment scheduling, and recruiter communications
• Send optional push notifications if you opt in
• Sync confirmed appointments to your device calendar if you enable that feature
• Respond to support, privacy, or account requests

Service Providers

Zenith Legal uses service providers to run the app’s core features.

• Supabase for authentication, database, and backend services
• Stream Chat for in-app recruiter messaging
• Expo services for mobile notifications and app runtime support

Data Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect account and recruiting data, including encrypted transport for app traffic and access controls around backend systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we store.

Your Control

You are in control of your information:

• You may delete your account at any time within the app
• You may choose whether to enable optional job-alert push notifications
• You may choose whether to enable optional device-calendar sync
• When you delete your account, we remove or de-identify the related information we no longer need to retain

Data Retention

We retain account and recruiting workflow information only as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised version within the app.
